Updated Raindrop voluneteer schedule

We're getting close to filling the volunteer spots, but we still have several available. Click the links below to see the open spots for Friday and Saturday, then email me (emcgoldrick@gmail.com) and let me know which day/shift you'd like. Please send me 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices. All volunteers get into the festival free of charge!

Friday schedule

Saturday schedule

Yellow spots are open. Names in red represent a volunteer's 2nd or 3rd shift. Priority is to fill open spots, then eliminate repeat shifts with new volunteers. Ideally, we'll get enough volunteers that each only has to work one shift, so sign up now! Thanks!

HLRT named Best New Watershed Organization 2008

An exciting letter from Liz Salter at Alabama Rivers Alliance:

Dear Hulsey Little River Trust,
I am thrilled to inform you that the HLRT has been chosen as our Best New Watershed Organization of the Year for 2008. We love what you are doing to protect the Little River and to quote myself J, “Your take on environmentalism is refreshing and I hope, will help to usher in the next generation of guardians for Alabama's rivers and wild lands.”
We appreciate what you do and want to tell you so, by giving you this award.

Best regards!

Volunteers for Raindrop Fest 2008 needed!

The links below will take you to the current volunteer schedules for Raindrop Festival 2008.
On the schedules, each yellow square represents an open slot that needs to be filled. Every name that is in red represents a volunteer's 2nd or 3rd shift.
First priority is filling open spots, second priority is eliminating double shifts for volunteers.

Each job is broken into 2-hour time slots, and everyone who volunteers to work at least one shift gets free entry to the festival! Ideally, we'll have enough volunteers that no one works more than one shift.

So, click here for Friday and click here for Saturday, then e-mail me and let me know which day/shift/job you'd like to volunteer for! Please include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. Jobs assigned on first-come, first-serve basis.
